Shipping

Shipping is free on all products.

Delivery within the EU usually takes 2–7 business days. At the moment, we ship exclusively within the EU.
If you'd like to place an order with delivery outside the EU, feel free to contact us at office@maison-e.com.
We’ll do our best to find a solution and make your order possible.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to decide if you’d like to keep your order.
If it’s not true love, you can send it back to us with ease.

A few important notes:

  • To start a return, please use our contact form or email us at office@maison-e.com

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused and in their original packaging

  • Please include a note with your order number and full name in the return parcel so we can process your return smoothly

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Please note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Returns are only accepted for items in original condition and packaging, as received.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you or a third party (not the carrier) received the final item in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Maison Ë GmbH, Auwinkl 10E, A-6352 Ellmau, office@maison-e.com) of your decision via a clear statement (e.g., by email or post). You may use the withdrawal form provided below, but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your message before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs resulting from a non-standard delivery method chosen by you), without delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return – whichever comes first.

You will meet the deadline if the goods are sent before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs. If returned goods show signs of wear or damage beyond what is necessary to test them, you may be held liable for any loss in value.
